Description James Richardson 2008-07-21 12:55:47 UTC
Entering a PIN during the gallery sign up, will not associate it with the account after creation.

The PIN message is still showing on the player, and the account shows NO players attached/assigned.

Fixed in r4123.

This now works for the SB2/3 (r101) and Transporter (r50) still fails with Duet (jive/ray) r2722 r36

On my Jive, I get an error message "Could not connect <Squeezebox> to SqueezeNetwork" Go Back or Try Again.

This happens 3 duet pairs

This does not happen with those same pairs using r2448 r23 (which will auto update on first connect to test.sn)

Strangely, I received the "updating Squeezebox> message when first connecting the duet with 7.0.1 r2448/r28 firmware on it, however, checking the units after they were connected to test.sn I see they still have 7.0.1 r2448/r28

Connecting them BACK to the 7.0.1 server, I again get the "updating SB firmware" message, yet it still shows on the Controller as r28 (Logs show receiver downgraded from r36 to r23)

They duet will connect if I enter the PIN after the account has been created. So, this looks like it's only a bug in the sign up wizard.

OK, after further investigation it appears my Jive is not functioning properly. Testing all 3 of my duets again, I find that 1 Controller has connection issues. I'll investigate that separate from this bug.
Comment 6 James Richardson 2008-07-23 12:24:46 UTC
Fixed, verified with SB2/3, Transporter, Duet
