error message

After creating a new account, and assigning a player to that account, when clicking on the Sirius tab in Accounts the attached error box is shown.

Fixed.
Comment 2 James Richardson 2008-07-21 14:30:08 UTC
On players that have had their 30-day timer expire, I'm now getting a "Code 500" error, instead of a "your time has expired" message.

New Error

Now we are getting a generic Error 500 message along with a Java Script error.

We should change it to be more user friendly
Comment 4 Chris Owens 2008-07-23 13:35:41 UTC
I agree the message should be more user-friendly
Comment 5 Andy Grundman 2008-07-23 14:26:29 UTC
Fixed. Will now report the real error: "FreeTrialAlreadyEnded".
Comment 6 James Richardson 2008-07-23 14:42:35 UTC
OK, now I see the page, didn't remember it only shows up AFTER the activation link has been clicked in the email.

The error messages for existing accounts / expired players looks good too.
Comment 7 James Richardson 2008-07-23 15:08:47 UTC
Comment 6 was for a different bug.

Sirius error appears to be addressed, I now see a message that say's the player has expired.
