Using the WEB UI clicking on the Disconnect link will not move a player from SN back to SC

Andy - could you please review my change? Not sure about the SN/SC integration yet:

change 4114 - call SC's Browse::Settings::switchServer instead of removed ChooseServer plugin

Verified working now.  I like the pop up box warning customers what will happen.

This bug is being closed since it was resolved for a version of SqueezeNetwork which is now released!

If you are still seeing this bug, please re-open it and we will consider it for
a future release.
