Since the Browser Folder web page is sorted alphabetically, it should include an alpha page bar rather 
than a numerical page bar. This is particularly important because for large directories the browsing is 
quite slow (see bug 874).

Easier said than done. The itemsref that would need to be passed in to
alphaPageBar() is a list of fileUrls.
