WEB UI error during new user sign up - Can not SKIP account signup

Even with all of the "feilds" filled out, but NO services selected (check boxes) I am unable to continue. I MUST select a Premium Service to sign up for in order to continue with SN sign up. This is NOT a good user experience, especially if the customer already HAS services or doesn't want any services. Why are we forcing people to sign up for services, even if they are just trials? === NOTE: This may just be an error on the page, because even if I select ALL services, I am unable to continue with sign up

Looks completely broken to me. The form fields aren't even visible in some of my browsers any more :-(.
change 4035 - don't re-validate values we're carrying along in the state variable

This bug is being closed since it was resolved for a version of SqueezeNetwork which is now released! If you are still seeing this bug, please re-open it and we will consider it for a future release.
