The CLI Playlist move command is documented as doing

"   <playerid>  playlist move <fromindex>  <toindex>

The "playlist move" command moves the song at the specified index to a new index in the playlist. An offset of zero is the first song in the playlist.

While what is actually DOES (at least through JSON/RPC) is
<playerid> playlist move <toindex> <fromindex>

This may me more like an documentation CR than an actual bug, though since it may not make sense to change code...
