When connected to SN, and Time Format is selected as 24H, then the Alarm Time (setup) is still displayed on the BOOM as 12H

Connected a player to SN
Set the Settings > Display > Time Format > 24H
Using the Player UI > settings > alarm clock > alarm time > NOTICE time selection is in 12h mode I.E. AM/PM

NOTE: Using SC there is no way to select the 24h time format.

I was unable to find it in either the Player UI or SC UI

webui: settings->interface.  it's down at the bottom.

Alarm time selection definitely should match the time format pref and does on mine.  This may be SN only for some reason.

It's an issue on the PLAYER UI when connected to SN...not on the WEB UI

Thanks KDF, I understand what you meant now.

I forgot that on SqueezeCenter the date/time format are globally set, not player dependent like they are on SqueezeNetwork.
