Fix for bug 8400 will display blinking message "*** Snooze Bar Stuck ***" on top line of display if the snooze bar is held down during power-up. However, this check will displayed even if a user happens to temporarily press down the snooze bar during power on, and may result in more customer support calls.

Proposed fix is to remove the display of the error message, but not the check for the stuck snooze button, added to address bug 8400.

Removed the startup check.
