SB2/3 only, to reproduce:

Play a 44.1k FLAC file.
Play an 88.2k FLAC file, plays correctly.
Play a 96k FLAC file, plays correctly.
Play the 88.2k FLAC file again, it plays at the 96k rate, resulting in higher pitch/faster playback.

This won't make it into 7.2

Doh, there will be no 7.4 - moving it to 8.0
