I am currently on firmware 43, although I have had this problem since upgrading to 7.0, I think.

I can't get any of the digital inputs to play anything at all; either from SqueezeCenter Digital Inputs menu, or the Setup menu on the Transporter before connecting to SqueezeCenter.

At the moment, I am using RCA COAX.  When I select to play this digital input, I get no sound, and the current play position stays at 00:00.

Hi Philip, as you probably know, Sean has been making a ton of changes to the Transporter FW for 7.1.

Do you still have this issue with the 7.1 beta?

Yes, I am on 7.2, latest SVN.

I pulled the whole HiFi out to ensure all cables were firmly in place.  It appears that my COAX digital interconnect was not firmly attached; it's quite a stiff fit.  I pulled it out and wiggled it tightly into the socket, and low and behold digital input playback is now working.

Sorry for the invalid bug report.
