The problem with this is that you don't know if a particular feed contains playable items before you drill into it, so I don't think this can be fixed easily at this point.

I recently send an email to the support.
This feature was running fine some months ago! But now, we have to PLAY each episode manually: this is not very cool !

I think It is not very complex because of the tag "type". Here is an example:

If type=link then it opens a new feed
if type=audio then play it!

So, If I play a pod cast, play all the episode with type=audio
So, If I play a specific pod cast, depending on the type either open it or read it!

Some thinking about managing Pod cast.

Squeezebox is able to present Pod cast using OPML files.
Well. An OPML is a list of pod cast. An OPML entry can be :
- either another OPML file (ie: podcastalley: http://podcastalley.com/feeds/PodcastAlleyTop50.opml)
- either an RSS file, containing mp3 URL (ie:http://podcast.rtl.fr/zapping.xml)

The "state of art" will be that the squeeze box will able to play all the entry of an RSS file if we play it at the OPML "level"

How?
If I push "play" an OPML entry then
if the returning stream is an OPML then display it as a "normal" OPML file
if the returning stream is an RSS then play all the URL (randomely, sequentially depending on the SB parameters)
else "Invalid XML file"
--> this was the case in previous release of squeezenetwork.

If I browse an entry (right arrow)then display it (as currently)

This feature is very interesting because some web sites (DJ, radio, services, home pages, ...) purpose Playlist pusblished as RSS feed.

We are now planning to make a 7.3.3 release.  Please review your bugs (all marked open against 7.3.3) to see if they can be fixed in the next few weeks, or if they should be retargeted for 7.4 or future.

Since there's now a planned 7.3.3 release, bugs which won't make the cut-off are being moved to the next target out.
