Perhaps the default time format should be HH:MM AM, or the font needs to be tweaked so the largest time 12:12:12 AM fits on the display.

 I've never seen seconds on the boom display...

Did you do a custom format?

Ah yeah, it's a server-wide setting and used to be the default, so I had it set that way from an older version.  Still, it's possible to change the time format to something that doesn't fit on the display.

Yeah, I'm not sure we can do much about this, it'll work fine if the user also changes the size.
