When switching from SN to SC using the boom UI, the menu does not go back to HOME like it should.  Instead it is left on the "squeezenetwork" screen, if I click right, I'll be reconnected to SN.

On other player UI the user is taken to the HOME menu when switching from SN > SC.

NOTE: when switching from SC > SN on the boom UI, the user is properly taken to the HOME menu every time.

change 20456 - wait for the "disconnect" event before trying to forget the player, as it can't be forgotton as long as it's connected (see change 18539)

This bug has been fixed in the latest release of SqueezeCenter!

Please download the new version from http://www.slimdevices.com/su_downloads.html if you haven't already.
