Looks like BBC now supports OPML feeds for podcasts:

http://www.bbc.co.uk/blogs/radiolabs/2008/04/opml_feed_of_podcasts.shtml

Let's add this to what we support.

Blehhh... lots of these podcasts fail with an "Only available in the UK" error message.  Maybe not worth adding as a default.
