when downloading the Windows Executable file via the "download squeezeCenter" button, the file downloaded is missing the .exe extention.

The file is downloaded properly, and can be run if I add the .exe to it.  However, our CAT testers will not know to do this.

It appears to be working today, I'll try another system then reopen the bug if I see it again
