On firmware 10 after a factory reset, I can select Finnish, Norwegian, Swedish, Danish, and I can still see "Press knob to continue".

Same English string seen when you get to "Select IP address automatically" prompt for Finnish and Swedish. Probably also for other 2 languages, but I didn't check.
