XML-RPC/JSON-RPC Interface JSON RPC for the ExBrowse3 Skin
Plugin is incompatible with this version of SqueezeCenter. Please update.

Exbrowse 3 is long since removed from SC.  It is no longer supported, nor is the plugin that operates with it.

the xPL plugin already has the changes needed to work with 7.1 so it looks like you have some old copy left around.  

Please uninstall, and try to reinstall again.
