SN Admin page does not display user information correctly

On the SN admin page, if I search for a user by his e-mail address, and then select "Become this user" from the drop-down I can view his account interface. However, if I go to "Accounts" on "his" page and select say Rhapsody, I see *my* account and password in the boxes. This makes troubleshooting users' SN issues difficult sometimes as I cannot be sure they've entered their account info correctly for their music service accounts. Is there a way to override the data displayed and make sure its the user's?
Your browser is probably remember the data for those fields, it's not coming from SN.
