Description Sue Chastain 2008-05-18 09:39:24 UTC
After installing SqueezeCenter-7.2-19843, squeezecenter.exe won't run. I tried reinstalling the 19726 version I had before and now it won't run either.

Is this the Boom build? Any traces in the server.log file?
Comment 2 Michael Herger 2008-05-19 04:25:28 UTC
change 19876 - prioritise our own CPAN folder over the system wide folder when building the Windows binaries

Yes, it's the Boom Build. I don't have a server.log file anymore if it resides under Program Files/Squeezecenter because I had to delete the program directory in order to get an old build to run.

The issue should be fixed in the latest builds (7.1 & Boom). Please give it a try and re-open if needed. Thanks.

Does that mean 19874 from last night or will it be in tonight's version? Thanks.

today's 19874 builds for Boom and 7.1 should work. I did them to verify the change. The others will do tomorrow.

Yes, it started this time but it took a very long time. It showed "Starting" in the tray for about 10-15 minutes after installing.
