Description Cameron Bendall 2008-05-16 19:47:18 UTC
When browsing music via the Music Folder view using the Fishbone skin there seems to be a problem adding albums and songs to the playlist if the song (filename) or album (folder name) includes an ampersand symbol.

Firebug reports an error when trying to add a song, but unusually it doesnt report an error when adding an album. Error listed below

missing ) after argument list
javascript:processCommand('p0=playlist&p1=play&p2=file%3A%2F%2F%2FC%3A%2FDocuments%2520and%2520Settings%2FOwner%2FMy%2520Documents%2FMy%2520Music%2FKruder%2520%26%2520Dorfmeister%2FThe%2520K%26D%2520Sessions%2520(1998)%2F01%2520-%2520Roni%2520Size%2520-%2520Heroes%2520(Kruder's%2520Long%2520Loose%2520Bossa).mp3&player=00%3A04%3A20%3A05%3A5d%3A92',this.name)
Line 1

I use Firefox 2.0, but same thing seems to happen with IE.

Cheers, Cameron

Cameron: does this same error happen with Default or Classic skin?

Michael says he thinks he knows a way to fix this. Also cc'ing KDF.
Comment 3 Michael Herger 2008-06-10 00:14:17 UTC
It's not the ampersand causing the failure, but the quote in "Kruder's"

change 20584 - replace quotes with %27 in URLs. Please test. Thanks!
