Didn't Dean have a rule that said something like "If the user will change it daily, it goes under 'Settings'.  If he'll change it less than that, it goes under 'Settings->Advanced'"?  IMO, "Customize Home Menu" is the latter.

We should reorganize the settings based on the updated wiki page:

Please review that and reopen if you think we're off base here..
