Description James Richardson 2008-05-12 10:43:10 UTC
The Support Link at the bottom of the WEB UI is not localized in any of the supported languages.

Also, the link will take you to the US Web site, is this the correct behavior?
Comment 1 Mickey Gee 2008-05-23 13:56:57 UTC
Will localize when localized slimdevices.com support is ready.
Comment 2 Chris Owens 2008-06-04 13:30:42 UTC
I hear you are working on this, Matthew? Is this doable in the Coldplay timeframe?
Comment 3 Chris Owens 2008-06-04 13:35:15 UTC
Sorry, Matthew, this is just about localizing the link.

James to check in from time to time to see what the status of this is.
Comment 4 Matthew J. Martin 2008-06-04 15:05:54 UTC
Dan was inquiring as to the correct path for various regions' support, not sure what the outcome of that was. I can handle whatever is needed on the SlimDevices.com side, but ideally no pass through SD.com is needed and support links directly from SN.com go to the appropriate place.
Comment 5 Dan Evans 2008-06-05 16:46:54 UTC
I need to run this by Jim to see how it wants this case handled. Will report back shortly.
Comment 6 Dan Evans 2008-07-30 09:08:07 UTC
Mike Dilley is spearheading this now. Reassigning to him.
Comment 7 James Richardson 2008-08-11 12:07:26 UTC
Still missing a translated string for "Nederlands"

all other SN supported languages are OK
Comment 8 Blackketter Dean 2008-08-12 10:22:54 UTC
Michael: Are we just waiting for SLT to come back?
Comment 9 Michael Herger 2008-08-13 00:31:16 UTC
The main remaining issue is that all support resources are EN only. Or at least most of them. Nothing I can do here. Might need EMEA support action or something.
Comment 10 James Richardson 2008-08-13 05:46:24 UTC
The only thing that needs to get done now...is that the WORD "support" on the web page needs to be translated into Nordic when the web UI is switched to Nederlands

Don't worry about the actual page after the link...just the word "support" needs to be translated, that's another bug.
Comment 11 Michael Herger 2008-08-13 05:48:01 UTC
translations are due back by august 21st
Comment 12 Michael Herger 2008-08-18 01:45:00 UTC
As of change rev. 4332 the updated strings are checked in. NL translators returned "Support" - can imagine they're using this term indeed. It's what it's often called in German too. IMHO this is fixed.
