Support just got 2 calls in a row where customers were installing their Duet for the first time, and connecting first to SqueezeNetwork.  Two things went wrong:

1. when they were done with setup, their Jive was updated to r2409 instead of r2097.

2. after the successful update on SN, Jive got stuck on a message screen saying, "Please press and hold the BRIGHTNESS button on your player to update firmware."  At this point they're stuck.  There's no way past this screen, except to hold LEFT for 5 seconds.  (see bug 8067) 

QA confirmed behavior #1.

I think we need to make sure new Duets connecting to SN with the factory firmware, r1425, should only be updated as far as r2097.

Fixed, MP will update to 2097 now.  Let's open a new bug for the second issue.

Verified Fixed with both Duet 18/1425 and 18/2063 updating successfully to 22/2097 with SqueezeNetwork r3410/r19538

This bug has recently been fixed in the latest release of SqueezeCenter 7.0.1

Please try that version, if you still see the error, then reopen this bug.
