Description Michael Herger 2008-05-04 13:42:26 UTC
It did it three times within about 6-8hrs of listening. First two times it rebooted automatically, third time it didn't. Had to pull the power cord to make it reboot. Re-programming Xilinx didn't help (did so after first reboot).
Comment 1 James Richardson 2008-05-15 16:01:35 UTC
Michael was this a SN or SC or Both issue?

Have you been able to replicate with FW 37?
Comment 2 Michael Herger 2008-05-15 22:30:50 UTC
This was with FW37 (which is no option in Bugzilla yet) on SC.
Comment 3 James Richardson 2008-05-16 13:20:33 UTC
Added more version numbers, and re-targeted this report to 37.

Felix / Sean what logs do you think would be helpfull for QA to capture, in regards to this error.
Comment 4 Chris Owens 2008-06-04 16:29:34 UTC
Note: Sirius is WMA.

Sean notes if this is really only transporter, this may be a memory issue.
Comment 5 Sean Adams 2008-06-17 14:53:04 UTC
Can't fix this immediately. Will look at it in conjunction with 6937
Comment 6 Chris Owens 2008-06-20 16:44:29 UTC
That bug is targeted for 7.2, so targeting this one as well.
Comment 7 Anoop Mehta 2008-10-01 18:31:44 UTC
customer is also seeing this on the Boom.

Comment 8 Andy Grundman 2008-11-10 10:00:24 UTC
Anoop: That thread is about the Sirius authorization check, not crashing a player.
Comment 9 Chris Owens 2008-11-10 10:01:49 UTC
Andy notes that the forum post doesn't seem to be the same as this bug, Anoop. That user is seeing a message that they're no longer authorized, not a crash.

This may be a duplicate of bug 7427.

QA to reproduce.
Comment 10 James Richardson 2008-12-12 12:14:49 UTC
Michael: Is this still an issue for you? I was never able to reproduce this
