deleteiem and deletealbum playlist commands need a db-related equivalent.  we
now have loadtracks, playtracks, addtracks and inserttracks, but no way to
remove.  This function is used by the Fisbhone skin, possibly others.

nevermind....a few more minutes of staring at it and i sorted out how to make it
work myself :)

There are 536 bugs in the database with targets of '---' that were fixed prior to new year 2006.  I am setting them to targets of 6.2.1 to keep them from showing up in my queries.
