Description Dan Evans 2008-04-17 12:23:24 UTC
Recently dealt with a customer 7 squeezeboxes on a single network, the goal being to player mostly Pandora and Rhapsody. Reportedly the players were repeatedly locking up and/or rebooting spontaneously.

In discussing this with QA and Engineering it sounds as though the Rhapsody 3 player limit may be causing these failures. If playing more than 3 streams, our code may not be failing gracefully at that stage.

Steven to reproduce. He says he tried this in the past and although it behaved oddly it did not crash. He will try again.
Comment 2 Chris Owens 2008-04-21 09:35:36 UTC
Steven was unable to reproduce this problem.

Steven and Andy note that the error that happens in this situation is 'Invalid playback session'.
Comment 3 James Richardson 2008-05-02 11:34:26 UTC
7.0.1 will add the multiple account logging for Rhapsody. Since Rhapsody has a hard limit of 3 players per account.

"Multiple accounts may be entered if you wish to use different Rhapsody libraries on different players."

Verified fixed
