Would like to put output of squeeze box direct into my power amplifier,

would like much to be able to

a) base / treble / 'boom box' tone controls
b) 'fade/ pan' between the left and right channels 
c) remember personal settings on above, so kids and I can have our own settings.

A) bass and treble can be controlled via the remote.  Press RIGHT from Settings
in the player screen, then scroll down.

KDF's suggestion only works for SB1s. SB2s & 3s are lacking support for bass & treble.

All new Squeezebox products are likely to be based on the SqueezePlay platform.
We do not plan to implement any further enhancements to the ip3k firmware or
which are targeted specifically at ip3k-based products.
