WMA direct streaming requires the pcmsamplesize variable set to 0 for normal files and 1 for MMS-chunked streams.

Our detection of this in SC is not correct, especially for playlists of more than 1 remote WMA file, i.e. an MP3tunes playlist.

Richard/Felix: Ideally, the firmware should detect this without SC needing to, just something to think about.

Note to self: Files beyond the first one are not scanned by Scanner, should probably implement scanning for each remote file with on* callbacks.

This bug has recently been fixed in the latest release of SqueezeCenter 7.0.1
