Description Marc Sherman 2008-04-04 07:43:24 UTC
The nightly builds for the testing repository don't seem to be building the correct (7.0.1) branch. Each night, a new build of 7.0-17983 is built in the testing repository.

This is fixed.

This isn't reliably fixed; it was broken again for me this morning, and then fixed again later in the day; my last post to that thread suggested that there might be two competing auto-builders configured, which are overwriting each others' results, and today's evidence backs that up.

What time did you do your update? This particular build runs at 12:40AM.
Comment 5 Marc Sherman 2008-04-07 11:04:42 UTC
I do a cron update at 3:25am eastern (which is 12:25am pacific).

According to Diranged, "I noticed that the 'phantom' file was appearing at 12:17AM", so there appears to be a build script hitting the wrong branch at 12:17, which my nightly update unfortunately picks up.

This bug should be kept open until you find and kill that incorrect build script, I think.

In the interim, I'll adjust my nightly cron to run a bit later so that this issue doesn't continue to inconvenience me.

Bug solved. Finally found the rogue build machine.. (copied a vmware image quite a while ago, turns out we never deleted the build user from that vmware image.)

This bug has recently been fixed in the latest release of SqueezeCenter 7.0.1

Please try that version, if you still see the error, then reopen this bug.
