Unable to clear out SqueezeNetwork account info in SqueezeCenter

When simply trying to clear out your SqueezeNetwork account login info within SqueezeCenter>Settings, you get an error message. Here is the error message: We couldn't find your account information, please re-enter your information and try again. If you don't have an account please click “I need an account” to continue. Should one be able to clear this out and not use SqueezeNetwork features if desired?
