running SqueezeCenter Version: 7.0 - 17793 - Windows XP - EN - cp1252

I have been successfully using remote streaming via ssh port forwarding in 6.x.    My library is comprised of FLAC file types.    Transcoding via LAME has worked fine.    After upgrading, I saw my remote connection in the players dropdown, as before but nothing ever got heard/sent.   Starting and stopping the remote player in the Web interface and local player(foobar2K) didn't help.     After attempting to rename the generic player name (which shows up as foobar in the dropdown) to "remote streaming player"  as I did in the prior release, everything went away.   Now I cannot see any player appear at all in the dropdown.   However, the same playlist for this session (now invisible in the now playing window) seems to be wedged in the Squeezecenter somewhere :(     I cannot see it, delete it....rescanning library doesnt help ---restarting slimserver/MySQL doesnt fix it either.  Below is what appears in the server logs only during multiple http login attempts from my remote machine to http:localhost:9000/stream.mp3.  Winamp elicited these messages, as it repeatedly attempts to open the connection in rapid succession....     Can you help?    This feature is key for me on the road, and has always been reliable in 6.X.... Now nothing works for remote streaming -- with my original test playlist somehow caught in limbo (below except).
