Bugzilla – Bug 7603
wont comply after 3-4 minutes resting
Last modified: 2008-03-31 03:39:31 UTC
Settings: night7.01 , Duet , Connects through ethernet (cat6). fileformat settings FLAC - WAV - Flac (The computer decompresses from flac to wav before streaming on ethernet) When playing songs (flac) from server. If you put the remote away for 3-4 minutes then picks it up it hangs. It wont stop, decrease volyme, skip. Only home and back button works. You can go to "home" and choose radio and "now playing" but not search through music library. after 1 minut it starts working fine again. Then pause/stop skip etc works. That until you let the remote rest for a while. :-)
please don't preset targets. Also not likely a blocker as this doesn't seem to be a global problem inherent to all controllers. Most likely a case of some problem re-acquiring wireless lock after sitting idle (suspend mode?)
Fredrik: What is your SNR on the SB Controller when it is in this state? Does this happen when playing other file formats or Internet Radio? Does this same behavior happen when using Release 7.0 version?
Looks like a duplicate of bug 7376. Very annoying.

The SNR is High. Same behavior with 7.0 version The internetradio I have to check. More and more are joining in on the forum thread about this behavior.
I'm going to mark this as a duplicate of bug 7376. We can reopen this again if they turn out to be different problems. *** This bug has been marked as a duplicate of 7376 ***
