Should display only those music services and languages for the country that you're running SqueezeNetwork, SqueezeCenter, or Squeezebox Controller from.

Here's what's desired:

1. User logs onto www.squeezenetwork.com
2. SqueezeNetwork automatically detects country user is accessing Internet from and displays appropriate language and music services available in that country.
3. User goes through setup wizard, and is only shown appropriate services.

User should be allowed to switch countries if traveling to different country than home.

Done.  Selected country disables certain music services.  I am not implementing the language restriction.

Verified fixed in ABBA with the listed language / country selections we support

This bug has recently been fixed in the latest release of SqueezeCenter 7.0.1

Please try that version, if you still see the error, then reopen this bug.
