Description Wallace Lai 2008-03-14 13:43:25 UTC
Jive FW: 7.0.1 r2114

Steps to Reproduce:
1. On Rhapsody, make sure there is an artist in the "My Library" with two albums.
2. Go into that album and remove from library.
3. Leave this artist.
4. Go into another artist.
5. Notice the album shown on this current artist is from the next artist in the library.
6. For example: Sara Bareilles' page is showing Greatest Hits by Seals and Crofts. Simmon & Garfunkel's page is showing Synchronicity by The Police.

I think I understand what is happening here and will try to explain.

Say you have Artist A and Artist B in your Rhapsody library. So if I navigate to Rhapsody > My Library > Artists I will see:
Artists
Artist A
Artist B

If I select Artist A I will then see:
Artist A
Artist A Album
More from Artist A

Now if I select Artist Album A I can then choose to Remove album form library leaving Artist A with no albums. (I don't like the fact that you end up on a screen that says "Album removed from library" with no other option other then to press the back button. Perhaps there should be a "Return to Artist" or "Return to My Library" option here. That might even solve this issue.) Now to get back to where I was I press the back button three times which will put me on the Artists screen. Artist A and Artist B are still shown even though Artist A no longer has any albums. If I chose Artist A now I will see:
Artist A
Artist B Album
More from Artist B

If I go back to Artists and now choose Artist B if will see:
Artist B
Empty

Now if I go back past Artists and to My Library and choose Artists again I will see:
Artists
Artist B

So this just looks like a caching issue to me.
Andy, would this one be for you?

Comment from Steven: This is easier to see when you use Features -> 'Albums for you'

The last artist in the library is "Wham". When this bug happens, "Wham" does not have anything. "Careless Whisper" and "Last Chrismas" should be in there.
Comment 8 Andy Grundman 2008-04-07 13:12:41 UTC
Fixed in SN r3137. Removing an album from your library now takes you back to Now Playing to avoid the cache issue.

Verified fixed in 7.0.1 - 19325 r2409 - r23
