Bugzilla – Bug 7509
Changing Last.FM accounts does not work for Audioscrobbler
Last modified: 2009-07-31 10:18:04 UTC
With multiple accounts, changing account setting does not impact the account being scrobbled to until after server is restarted. This is true using SB3 or Web Browser. Choosing not to scrobble fails until restart, as well. No errors are reported in the log.
I can confirm I have the same problem on Debian.
I have also been experiencing something like this - but thought it was limited to changing user accounts via the player ui. http://forums.slimdevices.com/showthread.php?p=281032&posted=1#post281032
Just to update, this problem is also affecting the Squeezescrobbler plugin. I had thought that renabling that and disabling the Last.fm Audioscrobbler plugin would be a potential workaround whilst this bug is investigated. So looks like a problem with Squeezecenter itself rather than with either plugin. Can't see anything of use in the debugging logs. Anything more we can to investigate this - I've had to disable scrobbling entirely from our various players?
Fixed in 7.0.1 change 18265.
Working well. Thanks Andy.
