The current entry format starts to get really repetitive when you're playing
whole albums:

  1. Sevilla from Christopher Parkening Celebrates Segovia 	Remove
  by Isaac Alb�niz

  2. La Maja De Goya from Christopher Parkening Celebrates 	Remove
     Segovia by Enrique Granados (1867-1916)

Here's an alternative format:

  Christopher Parkening Celebrates Segovia
     1. Sevilla by Isaac Alb�niz            			Remove

     2. La Maja De Goya by Enrique Granados (1867-1916)         Remove

This will be a lot easier/possible once the template generation is reworked.
