simple fix update userForm.css (line 43): 

form div.form_line div.input_hint_container, 
form div.form_line div.right {
 width: 204px;
}

change 2916 - while this change improves behaviour, it doesn't fix it for all cases (chatty German?). But wizard needs rework anyway...
