Using the 7.0 default skin, there is no way to Edit a favorite once it has been created.

Switching to the Classic skin, there is an "edit" icon that allows you to modify a favorite

NOTE: this is from Home that I am seeing this issue.  IF in Home > Favorites, the edit icon shows up.

In classic, the Edit Icon shows in HOME

That's by design: we didn't want to clutter the main screen with additional icons for editing. You have to go to the Favorites page to do so.
