It's not strictly broken though either.  Basically they note that you can add a Rhapsody channel to the queue, but it is not intuitive how to get back to your original queue.  On a traditional radio station, where 'fwd' has no meaning, it will switch to the next radio station.  But on a Rhapsody channel 'fwd' is used to skip to the next track of the channel.

They propose a nested queue with an intuitive way to exit from the channel and return to the rest of the original queue.
