Bugzilla – Bug 7449
Rhapsody addSubscriptionPlaylistToLibrary results in error
Last modified: 2008-12-05 10:01:47 UTC
From the Rhapsody menu: Select 'Playlists' Select 'Top Playlists' Select the first playlist (for me, 'Eye 8 London') Select 'Add playlist to library' Note the error: 'Invalid parameter: playlistid' Andy is talking with Rhapsody about this issue already.
Note to myself: After this bug gets fixed, check out the behavior when deleting a Rhapsody playlist from my library. Seth noted that even though the playlist was deleted, you were still 'in' the playlist, and had to go 'out' two menu items and back in before it really disappeared from the display.
Andy, if this can't be fixed quickly I think we should remove these items. The "Invalid parameter: playlistid" error would be pretty unpleasant for an end user.
Yeah I guess I assumed Rhapsody would fix it quicker... :(
Andy, is there a Rhapsody bug number for this that I could reference when talking to them? Or do they just deal with you in email?
No, as of yet they haven't acknowledged that it's a bug on their side.
Re-targetting SN 7.0.1 bugs to ABBA release.
I commented out this menu item for now, will revisit next release to see if they've fixed it.
andy to test and ping service if still an issue.
Still broken, I asked Krystal for an update.
Punting Rhapsody-related Devo bugs. I don't want to risk breaking anything Rhapsody-related now.
Turns out I was using the wrong method to add a playlist to the user's library. This is now fixed.
