Including ones with a paid Rhapsody account, not just new users.  Additionally, Rhapsody notes it would be preferable if it were available from the Jive interface.  Not sure where we would put it, though so I'll cc Dean and Brian Dils.

The test plan said specifically that it was for trial users only.  No point in showing it for users who know their real account username.

Seth told me quite specifically that this ID should be shown for all users, even though it's not explicitly in the test cases.

Can't say whether this works, as I can't test. The call to get_support_id always returns 0 - probably due to some configuration issue on my machine.

It returns 0 because normal user accounts don't have a Listen ID!  This bug is invalid.
