Description Matt Wise 2008-03-07 08:01:49 UTC
[08-03-07 07:00:46.8979] Slim::Utils::Strings::loadFile (228) Error: Couldn't open /usr/lib/perl5/vendor_perl/Slim/Plugin/RPC/strings.txt - FATAL!
[08-03-07 07:00:46.8983] Slim::Utils::Strings::loadFile (229) Warning: Died at /usr/lib/perl5/vendor_perl/Slim/Utils/Strings.pm line 229.

The update worked, but the first time it tried to start SC 7, it failed with this error message. Subsequent startup worked just fine.

I can't duplicate this. Which 7.01 nightly was this?
Comment 2 Matt Wise 2008-03-07 09:44:26 UTC
Today's... so I was running 7.0 release, and did the nightly upgrade and I ran into this. I'm not sure its actually a problem, or a weird fluke .
Comment 3 Matt Wise 2008-03-14 09:06:23 UTC
I havn't seen this issue since this update, and it hasn't affected anyone else. I'm closing the bug for now.
