What does this mean exactly?  The 7.0 target is gone, new features will have to be sorted out and targetted from here forward.

Julien, the start page currently is static for all countries. We'll have to solve this in a larger context, introducing real internationalization (related to bug 7212)

This bug has recently been fixed in the latest release of SqueezeCenter 7.0.1

Please try that version, if you still see the error, then reopen this bug.
