Obviously there were plans for a "do-it-all" setup wizard in SN. There are large amounts of code covering various pages for service subscription etc. But as we've ended up with a single page subscription form, this all makes form handling overly complex and prone to errors. Many of the recent bugs related to SN subscription are due to complex navigation which isn't needed any more. We should get rid of it as soon as possible.
