Adding a player to an account removes it from its existing account - should at least email notify user if their player gets moved to a new account for clarity.

Verified fixed in ABBA. when a player moves an email is sent to the user

This bug has recently been fixed in the latest release of SqueezeCenter 7.0.1

Please try that version, if you still see the error, then reopen this bug.
