Description Alan Smith 2008-02-21 21:22:59 UTC
setup a new install on a clean PC with latest SqueezeCenter. Set up new SqueezeNetwork account. Updated Controller. Selected music services on the controller, then the services - all gave me "missing or invalid SqueezeNe" except Live Music Archive which said "invalid XML feed".

And yes, I've set up my Rhapsody account in SqueezeNetwork.

Also got "invalid xml feed" with RadioIO. Live 365 gave me "missing or invalid SqueezeNe"
The other internet "groups" work.
Comment 1 Michael Herger 2008-02-22 01:52:17 UTC
did you enter your new SN account in SC?
Comment 2 Blackketter Dean 2008-02-23 08:52:42 UTC
Alan does say that he set up his new SN account.

The invalid xml feed error doesn't sound like pilot error.

Any thoughts, Andy?
Comment 3 Andy Grundman 2008-02-23 08:53:30 UTC
If it still happens, get a debug log with --debug network.squeezenetwork,formats.xml
Comment 4 Blackketter Dean 2008-02-24 16:53:06 UTC
Alan, can you try again and if you still have this problem, grab a log?
Comment 5 Chris Owens 2008-02-25 09:03:43 UTC
Please re-open if there is still a problem.

Can you send me your server.prefs file?
Comment 8 Alan Smith 2008-02-26 16:09:21 UTC
Updated SC and remote software this afternoon and I still have this issue. I've uploaded my server log. Tried signing into rhapsody through their interface and the name/password work just fine. I see now that the text wraps so I can see the entire message on the controller screen.
Comment 9 Andy Grundman 2008-02-26 16:12:52 UTC
One URL where you got an error never requires a cookie or other SN auth info: http://www.beta.squeezenetwork.com/api/radioio/v1/opml

Are you sure this is still happening? Can you make a new log file?
Comment 10 Andy Grundman 2008-02-26 16:20:07 UTC
OK nevermind, I'm able to reproduce... thanks for the log.
Comment 11 Andy Grundman 2008-02-26 16:34:28 UTC
Should be fixed by r2762, since your account hasn't finished SN setup, the code that checks your session cookie was redirecting to an HTML setup page even for API methods.
Comment 12 Alan Smith 2008-02-27 09:30:04 UTC
Not sure what Andy meant in his comments, but I now have access to Rhapsody and RadioIO - didn't do anything on my end between last night and today.
Comment 13 Andy Grundman 2008-02-27 09:44:26 UTC
All I meant was the bug is fixed. :)
Comment 14 James Richardson 2008-05-15 13:04:12 UTC
This bug has recently been fixed in the latest release of SqueezeCenter 7.0.1

Please try that version, if you still see the error, then reopen this bug.
