Description Matt Richards 2008-02-20 06:55:33 UTC
Hello,

When I try to use my Squeezebox3 with Rhapsody and the current version 7 SqueezeCenter through the web interface, I get this message when I select "Rhapsody" from the top level menu:

"Home>Rhapsody Error

This player does not support Rhapsody. A Squeezebox2 or higher is required."

I updated to the current version 7 (from whichever version 7 I had been running) and repeated the process; same error message. I'm not sure how long ago this bug crept in.

There are Squeezeboxes on my network that are not SB2 or higher, but I do not have one of those selected as the current player within the web interface. The first one in the list is not an SB2 or higher, in case that is the bug.

I can't reproduce, what is the MAC of your SB3?

What rev of SC7 are you running? Could you get a network.asynchttp debug log?
Comment 5 Andy Grundman 2008-02-20 10:06:20 UTC
Wait, does this happen only in the web UI or also in the player UI?

Andy -- only in the web UI, actually. I tried the player UI after reading your post and it did work. Let me know if you still want the debug log. I am running last night's nightly SC.
Comment 7 Matt Richards 2008-02-20 10:11:04 UTC
And now that I have run it from the player UI, the web UI has started working. Strange.
Comment 8 Andy Grundman 2008-02-20 10:11:41 UTC
Yeah, it's a web UI issue in SC.

This bug has recently been fixed in the latest release of SqueezeCenter 7.0.1

Please try that version, if you still see the error, then reopen this bug.
