SB3 keeps connecting to SN instead of SN beta.

SB3 FW: 81 No PC nor SC is involved in this bug. Steps to Reproduce: 1. Setup an SB3 and connect it directly to production SN. 2. Play some songs in Rhapsody. 3. Scroll down the menu and select the connect to SN beta item. 4. SB3 would ask users to go through the language and network setup steps again. go through those. 5. In the end, SB3 could only connect back to production SN.
I think you are running into a firmware bug with the serv command. Try upgrading to 86 and it should work.
On last Friday night, the SB3 asked to be updated as soon as it was connected to SN. Wonder why it is 81. Would that be a bug itself?
No way, SN does not ever force you to update unless it's a Ray. It does prompt you to update if you want to use Pandora or Rhapsody, but it's not forced.
I disagree with the statement "No way, SN does not ever force you to update unless it's a Ray.". It may not sound logical and probable, but it was a fact that it happened last Friday. Any wya, I am trying to reproduce right now.
Tried several time just now. Unable to get SB3 to update through SN from FW 71 to 81 or from 86 to 81.
fixed in newest firmware.
Tried to verify the fix, but was unable to complete the steps. There is no SN beta in the SB 3 menu. (There is only production SN at this time.) Will verify the fix when SN beta is brought back for a new product. FW of SB 3 used is 86.

With SB3, test SN is not on the menu for selection. With the new product, this bug is no longer seen. Users can connect to the IP address of test SN. there is no problem connecting at all. Marking as VERIFIED.
