System Info:  Gateway, P4, 2 GHz, 1.25 GB of RAM, Win 2K SP4 ENU

Steps to Reproduce:
1.  Install SlimServer 6.5.4 and point the Music folder to certain directory.
2.  Do a scan.
3.  Write down how many artists and songs there are.
4.  Install the latest SC 7.0 over it.
5.  Perform a complete rescan.
6.  Notice there are 3 less songs than there were with 6.5.4.
7.  Also, notice all the missing songs are Chinese songs where the characters of titles and artists cannot be displayed properly by MS Windows and SC.  The songs with chars displayed properly are not missing.  Songs by artists with English names are all OK.

Tried with 7.2 18216 over official 6.5.4 release.  Bug as written is no longer seen.

Did you fix this bug?  Or did it go away because of other changes in the software?

Either way, it is working fine now.  Marking as "WORKSFORME".
