the player setting for Audio startup time seems to report an invalid entry if 0
is entered.  validateArgs appears to be [0,undef,5], which seems odd, since the
args should be low, high, setlow, sethigh.  if 5 is supposed to be the max
value, should it not be [0,5,1,1] ?.  Even with this, 0 is no accepted as valid.

This appears to be unique to the main trunk.  5.4.x branch doesn't seem to be
affected.

this seems to affect more than just validateNumber.  Setting bitrate limiting to
'no limit' also fails.

There are 536 bugs in the database with targets of '---' that were fixed prior to new year 2006.  I am setting them to targets of 6.2.1 to keep them from showing up in my queries.
